When I read this, I thought about what people do when they are confident about something to early. I had to ask what is the overall thing that causes someone to rush confidently. The first word I heard from the Holy Spirit was desperation. The second word I heard was fear. The third phrase I heard was unbalanced desires. Ohhhh snapple!!! Here we go,… That sounds heavy and almost made me want to turn my brain off because I knew what would come next.Lol

...(What came next) In my mind I had to consider times where I may have been in a place of desperation and what that may have caused me to do... it ain’t cute. I remembered when I stayed with someone when I knew it wasn’t working. I remember getting a van when I didn’t trust the dealer and it turned out to be a lemon (I still ache and want to high five the owners in the face about that). The list can go on and on, but I get it. In those instances, alone Lord, I exhibited all three of those words. Ewww on me. J/K no eww here. These are lessons that became blessings. I had to learn and these experiences are also the chastisement and glory that God takes you through. Without them I wouldn’t have allowed God to make the move in what is now my 10 years of marriage, nor would I have been more knowledgeable when purchasing cars.

One of the biggest questions that I had after this conversation with God is how would a person know that they are rushing prematurely. Because in our understanding (based on old teaching/understanding) faith says that we should walk in expectation, so I can understand how people would be confused with what the late Prophet Nip Shizzle is quoted saying.

During my past studying time (12/19/19) with the Holy Ghost, he really broke down what Faith is and how it works. Faith is divine persuasion from God. It is the fruit of the Spirit that is given to us, but we have to keep in mind that we are all allotted a measure of faith/persuasion. We activate it by continually walking in knowing God’s preferred will. This is caused by allowing God to change our character. Why? Because it is operated in us by the Holy Spirit. Faith is beyond belief, and if you are not patient (or enduring) which is another fruit of the Spirit you can miss your blessing.

The vitality of your trust in God is dependent on the fruit of the Spirit nurturing your inner man. “Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” Philippians 4:6. Romans 12:12 Rejoicing in hope (expectation); patient (enduring) in tribulation; continuing (steady) instant in prayer. Don’t not be excited. Let your posture be joyful because God ‘s word is straight facts. Nothing like what we’ve experienced with man.

He’s a fair God… So fair that when he came here for us he allowed the enemy to tempt him. He’s the same God who is so fair that he came from where he was (a pure and holy place) to check out what we, his children were dealing with.

We’ve done that, as parents, as wives, as friends. If you knew me when I was in my other, other days I was the friend / family member you could count on to come and “check out who had something to say.” I was the “let me talk to this person real quick” type. As a parent if something ain’t right, we want to go from where we are (an elevated place of understanding) to quite possibly sit in the classroom, take a quick walk to the bus stop, grab some info to find out what or whom is potentially responsible for an issue with our children.

This isn’t the level we may all be on, but there are instances when as a loving mother and a loving father and a loving friend, we are ready, willing and able to take a step down from where we’re used to be justtttt so we can meet our loved ones and the issues that has surfaced RIGHT where they are.

And I’m here to tell you that the God I know and love, loves us so much that he himself saw what was going down and said “Let me head on down and see about my children….” Glory to God. The God I serve came and saw about me when I was in an unhealthy relationship and blessed me with a man who became my husband. He came to see about me when the doctors said I couldn’t have any more kids after my son and here I am with five. He came to see about me when I was facing eviction.

On Calvary he looked at me and you, and you and you. HALELLUJAHHHH!!!

So, there is no need to rush, there is no need to move in desperation, there is no need to fear or have unbalanced desires because God knows the plans, he has for us. Jeremiah 29:11 (KJV) For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
